Sombrero

1 1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Half & Half

Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes, pour in the liqueur, and give it a couple of stirs. Float the cream on top of the liqueur by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon that's held with its tip just touching the drink's surface.
