1 1/2 oz. White Rum
2 oz. Rose's Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
3/4 oz. Amaretto
Champagne (to fill)
Pour the rum, lime, grenadine and Amaretto into an ice-filled glass and stir. Top off with champagne and serve.
Variations: Some bartenders prefer to use orgeat syrup (almond flavored syrup) instead of Amaretto. If you do, reduce the amount to 1/4 ounce.
