Grasshopper

1 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz. Half & Half

Shake the ingredients together with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Variations: Substitute an equal amount of vodka for the cream to create a Vodka Grasshopper. Or try substituting coconut cream for the cream to produce a tropical version of this ever-popular (but caloric) drink.
